I'm an experienced Rehabber (14 Rehabs in last two years) is seeking a partner on two more rehabs that fell into my lap in New Jersey.  As my partner we would split the profit 50%/50%.  Both deals are located in Ocean County New Jersey (Ocean Gate / Brick).  I need to close them both within two weeks or I will lose them!

I would shop around for rehabbers that have experience not only with rehabs, but with working with private lenders.  Request references of a couple PL  that you can call.  Rates can vary from 8% up to 15% for a six month return.  15% is definitely the high end but I know someone that offers that rate consistently to their private lenders.  Reach out to me if I can be of further assistance.

Finding buyers really is the easy part, even if you don't have a large buyers list the correct deal will drive them to you with just a little marketing.  Let me know if I can be of assistance.
