Mentor in NJ/NY - Willing to pay

Hi BiggerPockets. I'm getting started in the NJ area and although I've taken seminars and spoken to lots of people already, I'm really looking for someone that has been in this business for years and that I can meet up with on a semi-regular basis in a smaller setting. I have a good foundation to start with, but there is nothing like being able to gain guidance from someone with real-world experience. 

I know that all of our time is valuable and I'm more than happy to provide monetary compensation for the mentorship. I'm currently thinking about HUD homes, SFR/MFR, and/or Fix & Flip. If you've been doing this successfully for a while and are in NJ, and you're willing to help someone else get started in this business (again, with compensation), please let me know!
