New Jersey Gap Funder Sought

I'm an experienced rehabber in New Jersey with 9 current rehabs in progress.  I'm seeking a gap funder for a couple of my properties in New Jersey where is $65,000 is needed for two separate projects.  My average time of funds returned is 4.5 months paying up to 15%.  Seeking funding within two weeks timeframe.  Please email me directly or respond to this post for more information.
