I agree with the large majority here...fill it in....fixing it will not get you the return back on it.

I understand both of your thoughts on this.... however, Israel's goals and needs need to be laid out in writing.  What the mentor will do and how should also be in writing.  The agreement should obviously also have the fee charged and/or deal split breakdown as well.  I have learned this the hard way as I put allot of time and effort trying to help a new investor to just have them have no follow through or the work ethic needed to succeed in this business.  This has ultimately led to large amounts of wasted time.  When new investors are seeking a mentor and are truly ready to work towards their real estate goals the mentor / mentee agreement should be in writing to hold both parties accountable.

Having this agreement in writing allows for greater success by and for both parties.
