I'm Gary Harris and I've been involved in RE for 13 years.  Are you tired of reading books or listening to podcasts but not actually taking action?  Most people get scared when it comes time to act...I felt the same way when I went from single family homes and small multi-families to a 40 unit apartment complex out of state.  It was very scary...But I chose to take action and made it happen and I'm extremely happy I did.  TAKE ACTION and EMAIL ME NOW!!!

A very large number of people who look into investing in real estate are just too scared to actually do it...to take that first major step forward!  Education is great...and this is coming from someone who is working on a third Master's degree, however, reading numerous books and listening to every podcast will not push you over the real estate edge.

What I have found is that most investors starting out will read every book out there, listen to every podcast available, maybe even go to REIA meetings, however, they fail to take the leap of faith in taking actual action.
