    Hello Everyone,

    I'm in New Jersey myself, but as a wholesaler it's all about a numbers game.  The more successful wholesalers are spending anywhere from $2000 to $5000 per MONTH on direct mail campaigns.  So it comes down to two things...going big on marketing (budget) and the types of lists you are mailing to.  Brian is right about consistency...mail in large numbers consistency and you will get the opportunity to lock up deals.  Reach out to me if you want further assistance.

    Hi Michelle,

    My first recommendation is (Raj) Rajeh Saadah  The second is Goodson Law Offices.  I'm not allowed to post their phone numbers or email so either Google them or email me.  I would try Raj first as he is a much smaller office so you will get personal attention and pay less then with Goodson.  If you speak to Raj just tell him you were referred by Gary Harris.  Good luck and if you ever need some help moving property look to WS Ventures as your dedicated co-wholesaler.
