I think it might be a good way to get some initial capital under my belt. My main goal is buy and hold. There will always be renters if you do your job right. But I'm also interested in flips as well since I'm good with design (I know what I like and I've a decent eye for what looks good yet functional) and have some understanding of construction/costs. But wholesaling, in addition to faster hard capital, is a beast of its own that I'm dorky enough to find interesting.

Hi
There are lots of them out there that give the good ones here a bad name. I understand its a business but come on 40k for not even one on one really. What are they smoking... Ok feel better..lol
The biggest part of our business is doing deals and lease options is 90% of that. We help investors make great returns and us that money to do the deals. Win win Win all the way across the board or we don't do the deal. That is what all mentors should teach...... If you would like to learn that then I would like to talk and see if we can help..Keith

HI Chavonne,
My name is Gary Harris and I'm co-owner of WS Ventures based in Northern NJ. My partner Cedric Stout and I offer wholesaling and flipping mentorship. I believe we are very reasonable in our fee and structure for our mentorship program. If you would like to discuss further please email me at [email protected]. I assure you we are NOWHERE near 40k and we ARE one on one. I hope to hear from you soon.
