@Steven Morrow. To answer your question. Portfolios are ATTRACTIVE to investors for the volume and opportunity. There definately will be some hit and misses in them. Yes brick homes are want a lot of people prefer. But some uninformed people think Detroit is not a good place to invest. Any questions or if you need help locating properties here let me know

@Ramesh Nyberg    yes the opportunities here are endless.   There are houses for whatever your investment strategy is.  There is inventory in the $40,000 range that can get the return you are looking for in the future

@Lisa Yang I think your goals are attainable. I think with your good credit,job and the available inventory of houses thus should be no problem
