@Fred A Baugh To answer your question. Yes I am buying rentals in Detroit and have been for 20 years. There are still good deals here to be found. The key is deciding on your investment strategy and having boots on the ground . If you have any questions or need help finding properties let me know

@John Corretti  I think it’s fine buying with the strategy you have been doing. If the numbers make sense than go for it. It is also important to have good people on the ground in the city.
