@John Corretti  I think it’s fine buying with the strategy you have been doing. If the numbers make sense than go for it. It is also important to have good people on the ground in the city.

@Miguel Moran my Suggestion would be to attend some networking events and your local real estate investor groups .there will be no members like you and they will be experienced real estate  professionals there to offer their guidance and you can offer your help to them

Yes Scott. I do presently and have for the past 20 years in Detroit. For the most part the experience has been good.  The key for you is to locate good areas and get good property management in place.

@Phillip Lumpkin I have been investing here in Detroit myself and also helping other out of state/country investors . I have found it to be very rewarding. Of course you have to do your research. But I would strongly suggest Metro Detroit market

@Scott Vogeli congrats on your decision to get into investing. Continue to do your research and talk to as many people as you can. Also I think it’s a good idea to invest in the a Metro Detroit market
