What characteristics do you look for in large SFR portfolios in a area such as Detroit? Many investors prefer brick homes... Why? Are there any people looking to build their portfolio in the Detroit market? I have come across packages of 20, 50, and 100 properties. Are Detroit portfolios attractive to investors?
