 Yes, non-QM loans typically have higher fees and origination costs than conventional loans!

 Tons of jobs moving there. Bank Street is really turning around. Lots of new residential development (larger luxury apartments)... all pointing in a positive direction.

Hi @Seth Jackson - I am from CT and travel to Mass for work once a month. Question on HML, why do you want to start with hard money off the bat?

@Steven Mercado This is a very broad question. What markets specifically in CT are you looking at? I think there is a lot of opportunity in CT. I personally invest in Fairfield County and know others in New Haven and New London that do very well!
