Today is the day I close!!! But I'm scared I won't have time to manage my property, I work full time and I'm a part time student, should I just a hire someone to manage my property or build some experience landlording until I can't officially do it and what if my tenants don't take me serious due to the fact I'm 21 and they tried buying the house as well but they couldn't get pre approved

I close tomorrow morning on my first rental property I am beyond excited for my RE Journey! My question is if I should make it known on Facebook, instagram or twitter that I own a rental property. I tend to have not supportive friends and friends that are kinda jealous of where I am in life so I'm just wondering if I should add fire to the fuel by posting it on my social media

Very surprised how much the 20% down and closing cost was! It took a big hit on my savings account! Worked hard for the money I saved up now to see it gone it's finally hitting me how can I overcome this and realize that my money is invested and eventually I'll get it back in 10- 15 years.

I'm about to close on my first rental property and I already have tenants so should I make double payments to pay the mortgage quicker or just let the tenants pay off my mortgage and save my money for other investments?

You guys have really good input! But Yeah Most Iikely will pursue my engineering degree in petroleum I'm working for a brand new company and I have a pretty promising future with them and I will also like the steady income for which I will support myself in case the real estate goes bad for me and also the seniority I will have with the company. The thing is it's going to take me more than 4 years to graduate due to the fact I work full time and I'm just going to school part Time, but hopefully by 26 I will be finishing up with school and have 5 rental properties it's going to be a roller coaster but I'm up for the challenge!
