Do any of yea have personal money in the stock market? Is it even worth the hassle and time? What are some pros and cons about it? Or is real estate the way to go and invest everything in.

ive been investing a few years now i only do rentals and my brother has been wanting to do the whole real estate thing with me and wants to give me about 10-15K to go in on a property so basically he wants to lend me some money and ill put in the rest of the 20% on a house that's about 120K-135k. My question is how this going to work? Does he get a percentage of the cash flow? How would you guys do this partnership and what terms will you guys agree on.

I am 22 years old with the three properties im stuck in a position of paying off my cheapest mortgage which would take 2 years or do i buy another rental which will be this time next year. All my properties are cash flow positive and im really not in the need of the full cash flow of my rentals. A lot of my family/friends want me to pay off one of my houses and snowball it but im curious what you guys think.

Rent was due june 15th we negotiated that june they will be able to pay the 15th since they had to transfer all their funds from Oklahoma to houston and after that rent would be due the first of every month but since technically they are 7 days late im wondering if they cannot afford it

Okay sounds good I'm actually on my way to leave a note. One more question by when do you think I should go inside the house I really don't want to break the privacy and the trust with my tenants but if I don't hear back by tomorrow should I step inside?

Im having problems with getting in contact with my tenants they do not answer my phone calls or open the front door when i go over. they owe 1400 this month and they will be owing 1500 on the first of july. Im planning to leave a note affront of their door and see if they read it and give me a call back. What are some other things i could do to get in contact with them?
