Today is the day I close!!! But I'm scared I won't have time to manage my property, I work full time and I'm a part time student, should I just a hire someone to manage my property or build some experience landlording until I can't officially do it and what if my tenants don't take me serious due to the fact I'm 21 and they tried buying the house as well but they couldn't get pre approved
