Hey Nathan! I'm currently a senior at Florida International and at your age I had the same question and went on to pursue a dual degree in Real Estate and Construction Management after having the opportunity to consult a couple successful developers, contractors and investors that were clients of my father. I felt this was also the right choice because I've always wanted to be self employed and am only going to school for an education (you'd think is the only case to attend but it's far from so in my area). I probably won't get any crazy job offers with these degrees but I've learned so much about my industry and have made connections that have led to me learning a lot and speaking with wise people in my field. I graduate with my real estate degree in December and my construction management degree the December after. Fell free to ask me any questions. You're on a good path man. Good luck !

I don't know if this is the correct forum to speak of this but wanted to know if any of you professionals currently trade amongst this program? My cousin told me about this man Reza Mohktarian and how he is a successful public trader and made successful trades for the public (periscope) but now discloses them in his monthly program for only $97 a month. I was very shocked by this news but when I looked into it better I saw some very bad reviews on his previous entity CTM (Capital Trust Entities) and how it was a scam but nothing poor about his recent programs. Was hoping anyone here might know a guy that is currently involved in his monthly program. Seems very cheap. The guy seems humble. And I've witnessed free trades he's given out as slightly profitable but still profitable nonetheless as well as consistent.

Hey everyone! Genuinely new to this forum. Just been lurking daily trying to soak in as much information as possible with the time I have between school and work (glazing contractor) and more school as I'm a full time student. Anyways main concern, excuse the lengthy intro. I've read many books and viewed many videos on wholesaling prior to making this account but when asking experienced Real Estate investors (rehabbers/quick flippers) that I know of in this area they all seem to have the same notion that this type of strategy was something "very present before the bubble" and now "hardly seen these days." I seem to read about this strategy here pretty often now but have seen none of investors in my area. Just want to ask are any of you out there? Are there any present wholesalers in Miami or South Florida area? Is our market beneficial for this strategy? Really want to get a head start in this industry as it is my passion but being a college student money isn't of much access which is why this "strategy" really interests me! Again sorry for lengthy post ! Cliffs: Looking for wholesalers in Miami/South Florida who can explain its process in The area and how it may differ elsewhere

I'm from Miami and this behavior is pretty common down here. Morals aren't at their highest here and many people are aware of their rights as tenants and take full advantage of it when convenient.
