@John Underwood They pay for electricity however every year they lose power at least 4 times. Is more for backup with the powerwalls.

Hello I found a property that needs 100k in repairs and was wondering if I could get a loan for an uninhabitable house or should I do sellers financing and finance the repairs?

Post: I found a off market deal with no loan on it but needs repairs.

I found an off market deal that needs repairs however is in a 3 acre lot, 3 rooms and 2-1/2 baths. There's no loan on the property person is planning to put it in the market because he doesn't know the value. I'm thinking I should get an inspector and appraiser right? How can I calculate the after repairs value?

Most important how can I structure a deal for seller's financing or whole sale?

and his parents past and the house is now vacant and he's planning to sell. There's no loan on the property so It might be a good candidate for seller's financing. The roof is destroyed in the garage space but inside is really outdated but workable. 3 rooms and 2nd half baths on a 3 acre lot. How can I structure a deal for seller's financing or whole sale?
