I would start calling your local credit unions for these... I have a local bank that would probably (I say probably because you can never be sure) do something like this for a current customer who is an experienced RE investor. 

Your experience may vary, hence my suggestion for you to call local credit union banks!

Have you looked around UCF? I recall seeing some multi's for sale out there several times...

As others have said, Taunton is a mixed bag of D, C and B class neighborhoods... 

Safest Taunton Neighborhoods per Neighborhood Scout: 

1 Oakland 2 Somerset Ave / Briggs St 3 Whittenton 4 Westville 5 East Taunton 6 Weir Village 7 Longmeadow Rd / Dean St 8 Oak Ave / Kilmer Ave 9 Somerset Ave / Weir St 10 Bay St / Washington St

Also agree with others that Taunton has prices that are much more affordable than other surrounding neighborhoods.

Interesting to see 3 our of 10 of these locations are in Florida, 2 in Texas and 2 in North Carolina... 

 100% agree! Each market will have its particular details and intricacies!
