How much was it appraised for? You clearly did some great work on that property and it is ready for someone to buy and hold onto it... Where about is this in Manchester? West side?

As we have seen before Texas has lead the way on both the burst as well as the boom from the last decade.

As the title says, I continue to look for additional opportunities, cities, towns, etc. to invest but Mass numbers seem to be worse by the minute with these huge demand for multi's.

Resuscitating this thread... How are folks with AirBnB's in Somerville doing these days? We used to have a few properties in STR but now only one active. Wondering about fellow Somerville / Cambridge STR investors out there...

Sharing here for what's worth: I have a couple of rich friends that have several properties in Davenport, Reunion and Four Corners areas. They are in the process of acquiring more and both of them said had issues appraising properties at Windsor Hills and Paradise Palms due to their higher prices recently. So wondering if / when the market will adjust I guess
