Whoever your contractor is, he's taking you to the ringer.

I'd look for another bid. Have you considered labor only? Or is that not possible with 203k?

Just had the same issue on a property purchased through auction.com where the bank was nationstar. We did however perform a title search and delayed closing so that all issues could be resolved. I would just let it go and move forward

Upfront you need to have the realtor understand that all calls should be coming to you from the lender. At that point if asked by the lender you need to advise them that you are simply the negotiator the realtor has hired to assist in the progression of the file.

Nick, glad you've gotten on open road 3. We've been using it since April and it has worked great as an organizational tool. Allowing us to control access to the system and also to be aware of any files progress at any time.

Had this post NOT been made, my business would have associated right around 20 files with this individual.

This is how I feed my family (like most of us) and the affects of having my business crippled would be a bigger hit than we can afford to take.

For that alone i'm grateful the post was made.

I'm sure I'm not the only one that you helped here.

From someone that's filed lawsuits on a few people nobody character has been slandered here. From what it seems anything said can be proven and I don't see anyones name mentioned anywhere in this post as well.

Again, thanks for the heads up with the post. I'm sure I'm not the only one it helped. To those affected I hope your able to get everything back under control. The real loss isn't only to the investor in this situation, but more so the homeowner who had a little bit of hope that this would be resloved.

Very suprised that this post hasn't gotten more attention. Would still like to see the other party involved in this defend their actions or show why what's said is untrue.

Then again why would Nick even need to lie about it in the first place?

Nick, any way you can shed some light on this specific situation or what this person did or didn't do?

Clearly you were under the impression you were getting a service that was not in any way provided.

As someone who depends largly on Realtors to bring in deals (similar to yourself) I fully comprehend how this could affect your business.

We bring in about 5-10 agent deals a week mostly through referrals from other agents. If we did something wrong or dropped the ball in an area we are supposed to be "experts" I can only imagine the adverse affects.

Keep fighting the good fight man and I hope things pick back up for you. If in anyway I can help let me know.

Btw reply PM sent.
