I recently had a offer accpted on a short sale that was listed on the MLS. Seller has signed all of our contracts and we have recently started to negotiate with the banks. My questions is, that if a property is a SS and not a REO is the realtor still required to continue to submit offers to the bank??? The realtor on this deal is really giving us a hard time and says she will continue to market the property, which puts us in a situation of possibly working for free. Can anyone shed some light on this please....

I had that question also, as far as how do you go about approaching MBers about bringing you leads. Any advice?

My political views are right down the middle. Can we afford to go into Iran?....NO!.....do we need to go into Iran?.....YES! if we have a real threat. Personally I feel that if we do decide to go into Iran we need to pull the troops out of Iraq not send in more soldiers from the US. It really is difficult to say because last time we believed we were under a real threat from a country(iraq) we went over there an created this whole fiasco.
