well in my opinion right now isnt the right time to sell but it is a good time to find foreclosures for little or nothing and hold them. I would lease them until the market picks up

thanks for the replys guys. i actually got in contact with them. i am going to be getting personal one on one mentoring and if i find some good leads they agreed to invest (back me up financially) on any deals i come across. this is a win/win situation i came across. :)

thanks for the info. i actually found out some info on him that i needed. he works for nathaniel rhodes and his son who is a huge guru in iowa. he just teaches some seminars. Let me know if you have heard of any of thos. e courses and what you think about them. if anybody has any of those course i will be happy trade for some ron legrands or john burley courses.

i just started leasing a junker i rehabbed and i havent been paid any rent from the tenant for 2 monthes. now they are starting to duck and dodge me. how long should i wait before i evict. also can i give them a 3 day notice or do i have to get a eviction notice from the court?

i am offically done with wholesaling and buying junkers. I am going to start dabbing into the prettyhouse business. any suggestions or advice? i have done tons of rehabs with my partner and i am looking to make more then a few thousand dollars so i am going to try to look into the prettyhouses of 100,000 and up market.
