Wholesaling to prettyhouses
i am offically done with wholesaling and buying junkers. I am going to start dabbing into the prettyhouse business. any suggestions or advice? i have done tons of rehabs with my partner and i am looking to make more then a few thousand dollars so i am going to try to look into the prettyhouses of 100,000 and up market.
