@Andi Sjamsu you best bet is going to be to find something closer to the bay than the ocean. For under 200 you mostly likely going to find either a trailer/modular in a park or land. Look into Delreia Sussex county Facebook page for local investors.

@Matt Lenza I’m very familiar with this building and some of the previous tenants. I’m interested in hearing what tenants are currently in there or potentially moving in. The area has vastly improved in the last decade although there are still some sore spots close by. Thanks for sharing.

@Pink Howell market is crazy here too. Depending on what you’re looking for will depend on where to look. 1% rule is getting much harder to find outside d/F level markets.
