How do they calculate what your property taxes will be when you purchase a property in Maryland and/ or Delaware ?     Is it a percentage of the new purchase price ?   Is it the same for a Single family home and / or a duplex / triplex ?     Owner occupied or  Non Owner occupied  ?    Thanks in advance !
