30yr fixed on a DSCR loan?

Those that aren't receiving calls yourself, which call center/service are you using?  Just looking for a service that will take incoming calls, document information, and pass on to me.  Not looking for scheduling appointments or making offers.  I don't plan on having large number of calls at a time.

Which one of the paid lead generation sites are you finding most effective for getting lead lists and which mail houses are the most cost effective?  Mainly looking to add to rentals and wholesale ones that don't fit buy box.  The more "all-in-one" the better.
