This Tuesday @ Christiana Hilton @ 6:30 is the monthly Delreia meeting.  Great place for education and networking.  First visit is free.

Delreia meets on first Tuesday of month at Christiana Hilton @ 7.  Delaware Real Estate Investor group meets on 4th Tuesday of month at  restaurant in Bear @ 7.  (Sorry forgot name , but

@Joseph Scorese knows).  Google Diversified Investors Group, they have meet ups in Delaware county too.  There is also a group of primarily landlords that meet for lunch on 3rd Wednesday of month at Iron Hill on Riverfront in Wilmington.  wghp.net.  Go to meetup.com and search for real estate groups.

Hey @John Huang.  Google Greater Wilmington Housing Partnership. It is a landlord group that meets once a month for lunch. You will get all your section 8 questions answered there from local landlords. Different states have different rules so you definitely want to discuss with local landlords.

I don't see a problem if you have equitable interest in the property, state your selling the contract, and the owner is fine with it. You may get some flack from realtors though.

I know Delawareonline has a site that  shows recent crime data of New Castle County, maybe more,  and it breaks it down into much smaller sections.  Ive used it looking for property on the northside of Wilm to determine which numbered street are going to be off limits.

@Christopher Phillips, seems to only do it for me when I post my own original thread and not when I post on an existing thread.

After I post a forum question I always get thrown out of the BP app. I'm using an IPhone 6. Any thoughts why? Thanks Eric
