I would like to be "just" the owner of this type of facility and i was wondering where to look to find a type of business that could rent my property to manage an assisted living facility.

Hi Guys, i have some europeans friends who want to invest with me in real estate but i'm not sure about how to structure the deal. 

They will "just" bring the down payment and collect a part of the rent.

Does anyone have an idea?

Hi Guys, what is the best for liability insurance when you own rentals properties?

Is it to have each property under an LLC or having a 1 or 2 million dollars umbrella liability ?
