My property burned down, no insurance, the fire department order fences, I can't afford the bill and the property is worth $4,000. If I let it go and get foreclosed on it, will that affect my personal credit ?

So, the property was not insured. I can hear all the comments coming.... I know, big mistake but lesson learned. So, i'm still confused. I bought the property for $20k, and it is worth $50k on the market.

Which numbers can I deduct, IF, I can deduct anything and where/how should l deduct it?
