*** I posted this in the wrong forum originally***

For those of you that do rehabs, do you acquire and rehab projects during the winter months, specifically November, December, of January?

Outside of weather, what are the other challenges you face?

great answer Will. Actually I found your answer in a similar thread before I saw it here. I copied and pasted the answer in Evernote so I can refer back to it and downloaded the repair cost form.

Thanks again for sharing your knowledge and resources.

@Will Barnard

I'm glad your still involved in this thread. I see a lot of back and forth about repair cost, but what is the best way for a new wholesaler to learn how to accurately account for repair cost and present it for those of us who don't have a rehabbers background?

I'm a big fan of podcasts (weekly BP podcast listener). I just finished one on generating leads with Craigslist. If you have access to iTunes , go to podcast and then search for "6 steps you can follow & generate 100's of leads". I plan to give to the steps a try. If it doesn't work, it only cost a me a little bit of time.
