Post: Bank Reo - Buying and selling help - Assigning or Double Close?

Hello, I'm looking to work with a Realtor to start buying Reo's listed on the MLS. I've heard that Banks don't allow Assignments which is fine, but I have a Title Company that will do a double close without me bringing any money to the table. Is it possible to double close if I have a end buyer with a bank with no money down other than the earnest money? Also, I heard about buying with LLCs then selling the ownership to the end buyer is another strategy. Which method is best and smoothest? Thanks! :)

Hello. IF I have Cash is there a way I can buy 5-10 house packages directly from the banks? Would I do this by calling the banks and asking for the reo department then show proof of funds? I don't have a lot of cash but enough to buy a small package. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, I've recently placed about 50 bandit signs (a lot of work), and only received 5 calls with no real success. Where should I be putting these bandit signs up? In the war zones? or just regular middle income areas etc? Thanks

Well I can tell you that Jason's support is not good at all. I bought his course and live training. Still no updates on when the next live trainings are going to be held and it's been months..

Hello, I'm wondering if anyone is having problems contacting support. About 3 months ago, I bought the full course and signed up for his live training. The live training costs $750 and I paid him already. For the past 3 months I've been asking support when the next trainings are going to be held, but no response. Supposedly, I'm one of his students, but this is not acceptable. Anyone else having this same experience? I've been trying to find a number but no number. Thanks.

Post: 1 page contract- Not allowed by Attorney? Help

I've been using a simple 1 page contract like many wholesale investors use. Til this day I thought it was a legitimate contract and finally I decided to have a attorney look it over. Well, I got a call and was notified that this contract was to plain and didn't have enough things in it to secure the transaction. Please explain? Is it because Attorney's don't understand what we're trying to do? thank you

Hello all, I'm a wholesaler planning on putting a property under contract. Here's the thing, he live about 5 hours away, and I told him I could fedex or just fax him the contracts. He insisted that he had his brother who lived by the property to show the property and sign the contract since he has power of attorney. How do I go about this? and how can I verify he really is the power of attorney. Any advice would be great! Thanks!

Post: Taking calls with cell or Toll Free number?

I'm looking to wholesale properties and was wondering if it's better to just take the calls with my cell phones instead of a 1800, since this is my main focus anyway. In my personal experience 1800 numbers people don't feel like goin through the options and with a local number there might be more leads. I would like to know from a experienced investor. Thank you so much.

Hello, I've been having some vision problems and it's hard for me to drive to meet with sellers and doing marketing in general. If there was a way I could wholesale deals from my home office with just a phone, computer that would be awesome. I've heard of virtual investing courses, but not sure if I want to invest any more money into my education. Does anyone here do this on a regular basis? Any advice would be great, thanks.
