Taking calls with cell or Toll Free number?

I'm looking to wholesale properties and was wondering if it's better to just take the calls with my cell phones instead of a 1800, since this is my main focus anyway. In my personal experience 1800 numbers people don't feel like goin through the options and with a local number there might be more leads. I would like to know from a experienced investor.
