It will be interesting to see how much ADU's will increase home values. ADU's should help buyer finance more of a property since the rent can offset debt expense.

I always itemize the repairs and mail a final statement with or without a check. We Always send a final statement. Sometime tenants will have a balance owed and we require a payment plan from them.
