Networking in Fresno

Evening. I’m a new investor in the Fresno market. I typically invest in Columbus Ohio. I live in the Central Valley near Visalia and I’m looking to meet and network with other local investors and agents . As well as others looking to invest in Fresno/ Visalia. I will be attending a meet up here soon, hopefully we can meet in person. Please feel free to reach out. Side note I look for buy and hold opportunities as well as wholesale. I’m not fixing and flipping as of yet, but I come across good deals often.
