@Jerryll Noorden

You make a valuable point sir. I am new here and I have heard many ppl saying DM but when I hear how much they spend and the open rate I was like hell to the no! I wanna keep that $$$ in my pocket 😆.

I am doing cold calling right now until I build up some capital to do other marketing like PPC and so on. What are some of the ways you use to market?

Hi, Bp family. First, let me say how I love this site. I have gained so much knowledge from here daily it's like going to school all over again but better. I made a recent post a couple of months ago last year about moving to Atl and wasn't sure what steps to take right off. Today I am 100% sure of the steps I need to take and will be taking due to the help from BP forum, podcast, research, networking and so on. The reason for this post is that I am coming to Atl to visit from Feb 9th to the 16th and I would love to meet up with Experience WHOLESALERS and BUY & HOLD INVESTORS for breakfast, brunch, (is that still a thing? lol) lunch, dinner or go out for a drink (on me of course). My plan for moving to Atl is to become a BUY AND HOLD INVESTOR, but to do so I discovered that a good way to get me to my goals is to start with WHOLESALING to build capital to then use to fund my buy and hold investment. YOUR FEEDBACK IS APPRECIATED. Any WHOLESALERS/INVESTORS free between Feb 9th through the 16th and feel like going out for a FREE breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner or a drink Pleaseeeeee hit me up. Oh, I will be moving to Atl September 2020 to start our new journey. Please fill up my schedule I don't want to sit around for my visit lol. Thanks in advance to everyone! God Bless.

@Oren Markowitz

That sounds like a pretty good deal to me sir. Base on what I have been learning from others, reading and listen 👂. I am just jumping into wholesaling myself and I come here every day to learn from the experts and also the newbies. My understanding was that this forum was to help and teach each other not to step on 🤔. What list did you find this property from and what source did you get your list from? I get mines from list source and I skip trace it @ RREISKIP.COM I get 95% accurate. My mother uses to say if you don't have anything good to say don't say anything. As long as you are 100% honest with your sellers i would ignore the 🔊

@Erik Whiting just finished that book, it was a great read. Took a lot of notes and also applying what I learn to my life.

For every ten coins, 💰you earn spend but nine.

Him who keepeth and spendeth not a certain part of all is earnings, shall gold come more easily.

He whose purse is empty does gold avoid.

@Whitney Anne Kwek

I am also reading that book atm. I read it halfway last year and didn't get it either. I just pick it back up last week and decided I was going to take it slow because I think I read it too fast the first time. This time I definitely get it. Some things I had to read more than once to get it. But so far so good 👍

@Terry Burger. Thank you, Terry. We are definitely looking into the renting first vs buying.

@Tyrone Hood. Thank you for your advice, Tyrone. I looked into what you and others suggested about renting first to get a feel for it.
