Meeting with Closing Attorney

Hello BP Community,

I am in Winston Salem, NC where we use attorneys to close on properties. I have my first meeting with an attorney on Monday to find out if we would be a good fit working together.

My question is preparation related; are there things I need to do beforehand to be prepared for the meeting? What are some things that they look for in an investor?

 Thank you so much for your advice!!!!! That makes me feel so much better; I have a list of questions to ask the attorney I just wasn’t sure if they were looking for something in particular but knowing that I’m essentially in control gives me the confidence I need.
