I saw her a year or two ago at a REIA meeting in PA. I thought she was excellent. Take a notebook and pen, she has a lot of great ideas.

 @Michael Noto Thanks so much for sharing your progress.  This is really educational.

The DIG Reia has a Lower Bucks Subgroup. That might be of interest to you. I think that they meet once a month.   Do you go to the DIG meetings?

Hi, I am familiar with the part of Upper Darby closest to 69th Street.  I will have to defer to

@Dave Shellenberger.  If you look at

http://www.neighborhoodscout.com/pa/upper-darby/crime/ you will find some crime info.

Here is some information regarding schools:

Upper Darby is in Delaware County.  The taxes are often really high.  The school district isn't great, and I would check the crime stats near the house if I were you.  I grew up near there, so I am somewhat familiar.   I would try to get away from the Upper Darby school district.

@Michael Quarles

 Thanks so much.  I just listened to your podcast and was inspired.  I went to list source and couldn't quite figure it out. Having the screen shots was just what I needed

I love Lower Merion. I can't afford to buy anything there. I was just driving around in Bryn Mawr on Saturday. The not-so-nice looking rowhomes cost well over 200K. Have you ever found anything that is a good value for an investor there?

How/why did you select Point Pleasant? I have been looking at non-flooded listings in Bradley Beach as well as Atlantic Highlands. Do you have any comments on how you chose a property (proximity to the beach, to the GSP, price etc)? I am just getting started. I don't know NJ well, but I work there.

I don't know anything about wholesaling since I am a newbie myself. Center City seems like a great idea, at face value, because you can do some door knocking and maybe save yourself some cash on marketing. Do you belong to the SE PA Dig Reia? The speaker in March spoke about wholesaling in Philly.
