Hello my name is Joel. I'm currently a Realtor with Long & Foster Real Estate Inc. I'm from Bristol, Pa, which is a suburb of Philadelphia. I've decided I want to go the route of an investor as opposed to a Realtor, and I'm interested in rental income properties that provide me with passive income.
