I see that there may be a second wave of Stimulus packages offered from SBA. I am a landlord with 13 rentals, and was considering applying for a PPP loan or EIDL loan, as to pay off my commercial loan at a much lower interest rate? Does anyone know if this is allowable? Any advice would be appreciated.

I recently found a vacant property in my area by driving around. I think it would have great potential for a first time buyer (my 26 yr old son).  I found the owner's name by going to the Auditor's site. But I need more contact information to see if they are interested in selling. Can someone with skip trace access help me out. Text me for the name and address of the property owner. Looking for advice on how to help my son get financing to buy his first house. He will be graduating in December 2019. But he wants to buy a house ahead of time so he can get it renovated by the time he is done with school. He has 750 credit score and is smart with his money. But banks won't seem to lend to him because he hasn't landed his main job yet. Any advice?

I found a vacant property near my current rental house. Neighbor said the owner passed away and now nobody has paid taxes. Need help finding family relatives, so I can possibly buy the house. I own a house in the same neighbor hood as a vacant home. I did a search on the auditors site to find the home owners name. Then I did a search on his name to find out he committed suicide in the house a couple of years ago. I am still very interested in buying this house but don't know what my next step should be to find out how to buy this house?

I've noticed a vacant property ( House) in my neighborhood. I looked up the owners on auditor's site, and it says owned by "Selene Finance Lp".  I assume this is the name of the bank that foreclosed on the property? What is my next step to try and buy the house?
