Need help with a SKIP- TRACE!

I recently found a vacant property in my area by driving around. I think it would have great potential for a first time buyer (my 26 yr old son).  I found the owner's name by going to the Auditor's site. But I need more contact information to see if they are interested in selling. Can someone with skip trace access help me out. Text me for the name and address of the property owner.
