After doing multiple deals in Philadelphia, PA i.e. SFR and Duplexes, I think now I'm ready for some big multis. I have 27 + 2 commercial spaces under contract in Connecticut. Since it is my first multi deal, I'm looking for a second set of eyes, a Mentor perhaps. I'm scared as hell, but know that nothing will happen if I don't take the step. I will do ALL the leg work, site visit, analysis, get inspections done and hire an attorney, BUT still need an experienced investors opinion that if I'm forgetting a step in my due diligence or something that I should ask or do now before buying. Any help is appreciated. I'm very strongly interested in buying this package and will not waste your time with this.

I'm an investor from NYC and got  a brother in Frisco, TX area. We are looking for Cash deals in $125-150K range with 50k+/- for renovation and make a clean 50K on the deal. That said, let me know if you have anything.
