@Anna Gogos Facebook you get lots of people but quality not so much, maybe your area is different. Lots didn’t qualify for me.

Zillow so far is best. Lowering price helps a lot as well.

Also gotta keep following up with the people who viewed ask them why they don’t want to move forward, price, size,....

@Shana Robinson I have 4 tenants in my home so I pay the utilities and just split the amount by 4 and charge each person plus rent.
