What are usual expenses in Lake Tahoe, ca? Looking at doing air-bnb.

@Justin Furtado I bought a place in Huntington Beach, renting by the room. Getting more than my mortgage but with all expenses not cash flowing the first year. Let’s see next and how it goes. I’m getting appreciation and someone is paying my house down though so overall I’m still ahead.
