Airbnb investing in Orlando

Hi. I’m looking to purchase an airbnb investment properties in the Orlando area to tale advantage of the tourism industry. I am not too familiar with the area and was wondering what the best areas to invest in would be. Any other information that anyone has regarding airbnb investing in orlando would be great. I am a newbie in real estae and was looking for something in the 120-150k range. Thank You

@Matthew Bowden to my understanding airbnb is allowed within the city limits of Orlando only if you reside at the property yourself. I just closed on a 2 door multifamily in downtown and intend to airbnb out 1 property and live in the 2nd.

@Sid Payne I would love to receive any insights you have as well. I still have a few months of renovations ahead of me, but hope to hit the ground running once my properties are done.
