That's great to hear!  I have access to Cash Buyers in any market.  Can you add me to your listing email?

Thus, include transactional funding fees in my spread on the deal to ensure it make sense, otherwise assign the deal to the buyer for a fee that he pays me directly.

Ok...so I need Transactional funding.  I cannot use the End Buyers money to close the deal?
