Looking for a great place to find Cash Buyers around SFV/LA
Hello All,
I am fairly new to the investing industry, have my RE license but got it for the purpose of not having to give away commission if I don't have to, to be completely transparent. I am currently marketing and in the business of having great deals that need rehabbing for the most part but for which I have a partner for. However, he can't always take every deal I hand him because of certain time restraints/sometimes funds or just has enough deals under his plate. So I wanted to know of another great place of finding cash buyers with the right funds if certain deals came up he didn't want. Thanks!
