@Mike Eichler so what are the #’s? Purchase price, make ready cost and expected annual gross revenue? This is what investors want to know before entering a market: the expected gross revenue to purchase price ratio.

@Jordyn Ohs pay off/down your Heloc aggressively and/or look into DSCR loans for future acquisitions. Heloc's are best utilized with a short term strategy, ie flx and flip, to BRRRR, etc.

@Kevin Luttrell our cleaner invoices us once a month and we pay via ACH transfer.

@Landon Mizuguchi I use Stessa. Regarding QBO I believe you can track individual properties by Class and use Location to track by entity at least according to YouTube Lol Tell me more about Digb

@Angela Hudson if you want to fix/flip find someone local and fund their deal (ie lend). This will give you a great front row seat to learn. Do that a couple times. When you have the confidence & experience branch out and do one yourself. I think funding someone else who is experienced when starting would be a great way to reduce your risk. My $.02 ✌️

@Matthew Beninate Relay Financial is who I use. It’s online only but purpose built for business owners and they have automation for those applying the Profit First cash management system. Definitely worth checking out.

@Trent Reeve Schlage Encode must be connected to a 2.4 ghz WiFi to have a stable connection. Are you sure it’s connected to 2.4?
