@Minh L. @Bing,
I'll ask away. Where do you get 2.49% heloc?? He he..
My credit union, CEFCU, offers around 4% for up to 90% of equity.

It's starting to come back now. Yah, it was pretty strange that such a prominent site was down for a relatively long time.
Realtor.com has a listing of the whole MLS, right? Any other place where we can access MLS without being a licensed agent?

@Dave Visaya , @Ali Boone, thanks for the warm welcome :)
@Brandon Turner, happy to interact with the man himself! Thanks for the podcasts, they are packed with informations, and very handy during commute. Hope to interact more.
@Minh L. I am looking forward to interact more with you, considering that you have tons of experience, and we are practically neighbors! I really want to join the meetup tomorrow, but the timing is very hard for me to make. I have 2 little kids. How long do you think the meetup going to be tomorrow?
@Andrew Bosworth, I looked up your profile and some of your posts. I learned that you are an insurance agent in Harrisburg, right? I'd love to connect to people local in HBG. I graduated from Penn State in Middletown, so I am more or less familiar with the area. That's why I invested in HBG. I found that the prices are reasonable, and the economy seems to be okay, with it being a government centric metro. I live in California, I'd love to be able to invest locally, but right now it is cost prohibitive for me.

Hi all,
I just found out about this community recently from a friend, and have been listening to the podcasts.
I work with a group of private investors, and I have invested in all 50 states.
- just kidding, it's just that Josh and Brandon kept mentioning these things in the podcasts :)
I do have a 4-unit rental property in Harrisburg, PA that I purchased last year. I wish I had found out about BP sooner, it would have helped me tremendously.
Looking forward to learn a lot more and network with fellow investors.

oh, this is cool!
I am a new BP member in South Bay as well. Glad that there seems to be a lively local community in here.
