Newbie from Milpitas, Bay Area CA
Hi all,
I just found out about this community recently from a friend, and have been listening to the podcasts.
I work with a group of private investors, and I have invested in all 50 states.
- just kidding, it's just that Josh and Brandon kept mentioning these things in the podcasts :)
I do have a 4-unit rental property in Harrisburg, PA that I purchased last year. I wish I had found out about BP sooner, it would have helped me tremendously.
Looking forward to learn a lot more and network with fellow investors.

Welcome to Biggerpockets. Great introduction by the way. How's your 4plex is doing in PA.? Better or worse than you have thought.
