Trulia and zillow are not a solution. They have maybe a 1/3 of the listings in the areas im looking for. Any Ideas?

I would probably reach out to a handful of realtors and tell them, as specifically as you can, what type of property you are looking for(as well as financing method). Since they have access to the MLS, they can do what they do best, which is hunt down properties to create a win/win/win situation. Hope this helps
